Shipping policy

Each piece of jewellery is lovingly made by Liz (Lilymoonstone).

Items such as necklaces are made up pieces and will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days following your order. They will be shown in the description that you will receive the exact item of jewellery shown in photos. 

Items such as rings and some earrings will be made to order, and I will try my hardest to get them dispatched within the 1-2 business day time. Please allow an extra 2 working days for made to order pieces if times are busy. 

The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch can vary. Please see the product listing for info regarding the processing time or contact me if you have any other questions regarding your order. 

Commissioned based jewellery will take longer to make and dispatch as they are made - to - order. You will be advised of lead times at the time of ordering. If you would like more information please contact me at

 UK Delivery

All items sent to the UK will be posted with Royal Mail Tracked. 

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, however I cannot take responsibility for orders not delivered by a specific date once shipped.
